Our LIFE is a FLOW, a movement through space-time that leads each of us toward our conscious and unconscious GOALS. Our GOALS are formed by our STATE, while at the same time our state is shaped by our goals. This is a two-way connection, and it is very important for our STATE to remain in balance.
Our state has a dual nature and is formed by the SPIRITual and MATerial spheres. The modern science of the SOUL is PSYchology, which touches upon aspects of the human psyche and attempts to resolve emerging contradictions by balancing them. There are many more modern sciences devoted to the BODY: physiology, anatomy, hygiene, and valeology. In our material world, it is much easier to break down into parts what we can see and feel than to perceive the entire structure of the HUMAN BEING as a SINGLE and indivisible whole. This is why the well-known phrase emerged: “A healthy BODY makes for a healthy SPIRIT.” A healthy SPIRIT, by definition, develops a healthy body, and the unified healthy state of our mental and physical being creates our inner balance.
It is very important to maintain and preserve this balance, because I AM THE CREATOR, and our thoughts and actions depend on our internal and external state, ultimately leading to a Result. Thus, the following chain is formed: State → Thought → Action → Result.
Bringing our UNIFIED SELF into balance, constantly striving toward something infinitely new, begins with cleansing our thoughts and body. In order to make room for something new, we need to clear away the old. Throwing away old images, habits, things, words… — this is necessary in order to reach a new state and, as a consequence, new thoughts, actions, and a NEW result.
Within the paradigm of the modern material world, where the sense of ownership prevails, the physical body is given greater importance than spirit and soul. Therefore, this is where we will begin — with cleansing the body.

We all know that more than 60% of our body, on a physical level, consists of water (chemical composition H₂O). All vital processes in our organism are connected with the movement of fluids within the body. Fluid delivers nutrients consumed from the external environment to all the cells of our organism and also carries away the waste products of their activity, which are subsequently released into the external environment. Thus, it is logical that 100% pure WATER and its daily volume of consumption are very IMPORTANT for maintaining our BODY and are the foundation of its HEALTH.
Existing recommendations for WATER consumption start at 2.5–3 liters per day (based on personal experience, this amount may be significantly higher depending on the internal and external state and the body’s needs). Yet even this amount is ignored in most cases. Pure water, WITHOUT IMPURITIES, is the foundation that should be followed, consuming AT LEAST 3 LITERS throughout the day, regularly and in equal portions. The easiest way to achieve this is to keep WATER with you at all times: place a large glass or bottle on your desk or bedside table, or carry a bottle with you. Gradually, everyone will notice that drinking WATER becomes a habit, and the amount consumed will naturally adjust to each person’s individual needs — the body itself will indicate how much and when it needs it. It is also very important to increase water consumption gradually and evenly, learning to feel your body and its needs.
But where can we find truly pure WATER in today’s big cities? The simplest accessible way to obtain such water at home is through REVERSE OSMOSIS technology. This membrane technology is very close to the natural process of filtration, in which water passes through multiple layers (soil, ground, stones… in the natural environment, and layers of porous material in REVERSE OSMOSIS technology), becoming purified and acquiring structure. REVERSE OSMOSIS filters can be found in many stores and, if desired, installed at home. The second method is to purchase purified or natural water in environmentally friendly packaging (glass or biodegradable material). At the same time, it is necessary to consider the total mineralization level (less than 0.1 mg/L); otherwise, the water can be considered mineral water and, according to the author’s view, will not provide the desired cleansing effect for the body.
Only truly pure water can cleanse our blood vessels of accumulated waste and deposits and help our BODY achieve true balance.
