The Power of Projection: Where Reality Is Born

The Power of Projection: Where Reality Is Born

Does illness exist before a person becomes aware of it? Or does it begin to manifest precisely at the moment it is accepted as truth? The reality of the body is shaped not only by physical condition, but also by inner perception. What a person deeply believes in gradually begins to take form within their experience.

It is not uncommon for someone to rapidly decline after receiving a diagnosis, as if the recognition itself becomes the beginning of the illness gaining strength. Consciousness fixes itself on the problem, thoughts create a new scenario, and the body starts adapting to that internal image. A person no longer simply notices symptoms — they begin to live through the perception of illness.

Some choose to fight, directing all of their energy toward resistance and control. This can temporarily sustain strength because the will to live becomes activated. But when fear remains at the foundation, tension continues to affect the inner state. Struggle may keep a person going, but it does not always lead to true liberation.

Others choose a different path — releasing constant fixation on the problem. When attention is no longer trapped in fear and inner drama, space for restoration begins to appear. In a state of calm, the body responds differently, and energy returns to its natural balance.

Consciousness constantly searches for confirmation of whatever receives attention. If a person continuously focuses on illness, they strengthen that reality within themselves. But when attention shifts away from the question “What is wrong with me?” toward presence and wholeness, perception begins to change. We do not merely observe reality — we participate in shaping it.

Reality consists not only of facts, but also of what a person gives meaning and energy to. Among countless possible scenarios, the one receiving the greatest inner attention becomes stronger. This is why releasing fear and imposed projections becomes a return to inner freedom.

Wholeness begins with trust — trust in life, in oneself, and in the present moment. When actions arise not from panic but from conscious presence, the inner state gradually transforms. Projection becomes an act of creation: whatever a person chooses to nourish with attention begins to manifest within their reality.
